Commission Model

BASIC COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Above 12 LPA 5% of the candidate's annual salary
- Example: 25 LPA = ₹1,25,000 (5% of ₹25,00,000)
- Payment options: One-time or 3 monthly installments
Below 12 LPA 50% of the candidate’s monthly salary
- Example: ₹8,00,000 PA = ₹66,667 PM; 50% = ₹33,333

FIRST TIME HIRING DISCOUNT

Above 12 LPA 4% of the candidate’s annual salary
Below 12 LPA 40% of the candidate’s monthly salary

Application Procedures

01. Application Submission

Candidates must submit applications through the official portal or email. A complete resume, cover letter, and documents must be included as per job requirements.

02. Confidentiality

Candidate information is treated confidentially and processed securely as per laws and internal access controls.

03. Initial Screening

HR will review applications to ensure qualifications match. Those who do not meet criteria will be notified promptly.

04. Shortlisting

Shortlisting by HR and hiring managers will be based on set criteria aligned with the job profile.

05. Interviews

Shortlisted candidates will attend interviews (technical or panel) as appropriate for the position.

06. Evaluations

Detailed notes and evaluations are documented based on criteria set by the selection committee.

07. Candidate Communication

All candidates will be notified professionally. Feedback may be shared on request.

08. Record Keeping

All records and results will be stored securely and used in compliance with data protection laws.

Interviews and Assessments

Interview Panel Formed for each position with at least two members—one from HR and one hiring manager or expert.
Interview Preparation Panel reviews candidate resume, cover letter, and other documents. Prepares questions aligned to the job role.
Interview Structure Interviews are structured to assess skills, knowledge, and cultural fit. May include roleplays, scenario questions, or technical tasks.
